Study Planner is one of Gujarat’s leading education consultants that provides top-notch services to students who wish to study abroad. Study Planner believes that every student deserves access to world-class education and they are just to right partners giving students the perfect guidance in making their dreams come true and shaping a brighter future With its strong presence in Anand, the SP Fair 2022 was strategically conducted at the premium Madhubhan Resort & Spa – Anand. The year 2022 was the introductory year for SP to organize a fair and considering our expertise in organizing multiple education fairs, we collaborated with them for this project. The 1-day event saw in attendance more than 1000 students from different cities of Gujarat wherein they got the opportunity to interact with representatives from over 30 universities.
The Process
The SP Fair 2022 was a challenging project as it was the first time that Study Planner decided to conduct a fair of this scale. However, our expert team of designers, digital marketers and project manager worked in perfect sync with the client to ensure that we get maximum registrations and conversions on the event day.
The D Day
Everything at SP Fair 2022 was conceptualized and organized keeping in mind the experience of the students. Right from the pathway branding, to the entry gates, branding panels, signages, university backdrops everything was designed and executed with a goal to give the students an experience of being at the right place for their dreams to turn into reality. The venue was also given an interactive touch with a Photo Booth that students used to click selfies and post on their social media platforms. To get the right social media mileage, we also captured honest and genuine testimonials from students and from their parents regarding their experience at the SP Fair.
